Ms. Boll enjoys representing clients in all aspects of civil litigation, including appeals.  Ms. Boll's practice focuses on commercial litigation, including oil and gas litigation, bankruptcy litigation, probate and trustee litigation, family law litigation, and legal malpractice litigation.  Ms. Boll has represented clients in all aspects of business activity, including entity formation, contract formation, complex dispute resolution, and general business planning.

 

Ms. Boll has handled both jury trials and bench trials and her trial experience includes practice before Texas State District Courts, County Courts at Law, Federal District Courts and Texas Probate Courts.  Ms. Boll was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1997.  She has handled appeals in the First and Fourteenth Courts of Appeals for the State of Texas, as well as the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans. She has also practiced in the United States District Court, Southern District of Texas, including various Bankruptcy Courts therein.  Ms. Boll's published appellate accomplishments include reversing a court order enforcing a mandatory arbitration clause in a financing contract: Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc. v. Gaskamp, 280 F.3d 1069 (5th Cir. 2002).

 

Ms. Boll attended Texas A&M University where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English in 1993. While at Texas A&M, Ms. Boll was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha. She received her law degree from South Texas College of Law in 1996. Ms. Boll was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for Property II while attending South Texas College of Law. She also was awarded the Corpus Juris Secundum Award in Property and the Second Best Brief Award in the Leroy Jeffers Moot Court Competition.
